JKL5's Cloudphones SMB PBX service is a combination of everything we do well.  It is a "Cloud Hosted " system with all the benefits that entails, including exceptional reliability on your customer facing side.  We manage and monitor the service ourselves with the same talented staff that handle our On Demand Asterisk Administration requests.

The pricing is reasonable.  Support is included.  We can even provide you with phone numbers -- through our partnership with Vintalk -- in most major US and Canadian cities, if you either don't have one or want to add your "call us locally" coverage.

Our Basic Business Services package answers the needs of most small to medium businesses.  A monthly subscription fee of just $27.75 for the first extension and $4.30 for every additional extension thereafter gets you up and running. There is no limit to the number of extensions; you can set up as many as you like. You can use your favorite soft-phone, or we can help you pick out a desk phone that will answer your needs.  Bring your own VoIP lines, or we can provide you with new ones.

Advanced Business Services gives you features like conference bridges, "press one" menus, and the ability to run a small call centre.  Pricing is monthly subscription fee of just $32.50 for the first extension and $4.75 for every additional extension thereafter. Just like our Basic Business Services, there is no limit to the number of extensions.
